The GSA understands the importance of actively involving junior faculty and trainees, who have a keen interest in sepsis, in directly contributing to GSA’s goals and spreading its message.
The newly formed GSA Advance is a coalition of sepsis supporters around the world and includes several platforms, such as the Junior Faculty & Trainees’ Platform. Its purpose is to bring the future generation of sepsis champions to the forefront of GSA activities, broadening their scope and impact.

Membership benefits: 1) access to the vast network of GSA supporters, 2) sharing your input regarding sepsis with GSA, 3) working on GSA projects/programs, 4) posting to GSA social media sites, and 5) becoming a Representative.

Representatives can attend meetings for their chosen Committees. After completing a 1-year term, Representatives can apply to switch Committees, to remain on their Committee, or opt for general membership. Committee options are below (detailed descriptions are on the GSA website.)
